What is a Diamond Certified Professional?

A Diamond Certified professional scores in the very top percentile of their business.  This percentile scores is measured in five key areas.

How did Morgan Lane become a Diamond Certified Professional?

In order to become certified, Morgan Lane has to focus on the above mentioned five key areas.  This focus is relayed in Morgan Lane’s mission statement: “To provide the highest level of service with integrity to our clientele.”  Next was a vigorous certification test which is undertaken independently by Diamond Certified.  This certification includes:

1)       The first step in the certification process measures Customer Satisfaction through Research and Ratings.  These steps include:

a.       Application Process

b.       Sample – A random sample of 400 previous customers is taken.

c.       Surveyed – These random customers are surveyed to measure satisfaction of doing business with Morgan Lane.

d.       Tabulation – The company must score 90 or greater on all areas of measurement including past customer satisfaction.

2)       Standards are Enforced through:

a.       Credentials – license, insurance, contractor credit and complaint status are again put to the test.

b.       Company Practices – Morgan Lane was tested to make sure their business practices were customer friendly and that they stand 100% behind their performance.

3)       Only the Strong Survive – Morgan Lane successfully passed all above steps and was awarded Diamond Certification.  But it doesn’t end there!
